Spotless accommodation, lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff with the friendly manager about this and that. Marvellous, incredible location close to the city centre. Also - short walk to the racecourse.
Beds were very small.

I thoroughly enjoyed to sit in the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and really good and helpful with requests. The location was marvellous, really close to the restaurant, which did excellent breakfasts and dinners, the beer garden and the castle and the town centre, in a fairly nice area.

The breakfasts with the best porridge EVER. Particularly good and unbeatable location for our visit to a bailey castle approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Loved having fresh and savoury breakfast.
The room we got was newly remodelled and a decent size with modern appliances, everything was very good. The location turned out to be good and perfect, next to the lovely restaurant, the traditional England, and foot-everything.

One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its attention to detail. From the offer of having bags carried to the provision of fresh milk and superior biscuits in the rooms, the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
Nothing needed improving.

Clean hotel in a very well maintained building right by the centre, the castle and town, and the restaurant. Unbeatable and incredible location, on stop over to Hampshire. Plus, walking distance to Warwickshire Museum. Light, bright rooms complete with bottled water, coffee machine, for instance.

They gave me air-conditioned and brand-new room with large selection of coffee pods and toiletries plus bedroom. The venue was conveniently set in a perfect area. There were shops and a bakery around the hotel.
